Urban Lofts

The owners were quick to respond, and staying in this historic home was such a treat. Our gorgeous downtown place on St. Joseph Street had five bedrooms, four baths, and an amazing commercial kitchen.

The place looked even better than the photos, and we loved the historic downtown area. Had a great stay and will definitely come back!

We were right by the lively spots, with local restaurants, top-shelf bars, and lovely walks around the town square just a short stroll away. Our room at Urban Lofts was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, and felt secure, despite being above the bars. The staff were terrific when the coffee maker stopped working. They quickly brought a replacement and specialty coffee to make up for the trouble. It’s a cozy, welcoming place with Perryville close at hand, and we found the location perfect.

We had another fantastic stay at Urban Lofts. Thanks again, Carisa, for being such a rockstar hostess. The suites have their own character and generous layouts, with well-equipped kitchens and full-size washer and dryers. They’re great for a getaway or a longer stay, and some have board games and books. Beds are very cozy, and if your suite has recliners like ours did, you can really kick back. It’s a comfortable, convenient mix of casual and classy, stylish without feeling over the top, and works well for family, friends, or even a business lunch. Shopping is easy too, with spa supplies, fun bathrobes, and information on how to buy the coffee samples. Downtown Perryville is within walking distance, with live entertainment, a candy shop, markets, and plenty more. You can also order from the restaurant downstairs. We loved the classic burgers from Mary Jane’s Burgers & Brews, and you can eat in or take it to go. They serve brunch on Sat & Sun.
