After my review, the facility contacted me, apologized, and sent the receipt right away. I’ve changed this to four stars since they fixed the issue, though the hassle still costs them a star. Without the receipt problem, the stay would have been five stars. The motel room was basic but clean, with no bugs or other issues. Just a bed and shower, no amenities. The internet was spotty and phone signal terrible, but that’s expected in rural Indiana. The motel itself was probably four stars. I needed a receipt for work reimbursement and left on my last morning before the office opened. I emailed three times and called four times, speaking to someone on three of those calls. I kept hearing they’d send it or check why it hadn’t gone out, but nothing arrived. My company then wouldn’t reimburse me. If you’re traveling for business, stay at your own risk.

The office lady was super nice and helpful. I didn’t realize there was a fridge and microwave, but they came in handy. At first the room seemed kind of small, then I realized it was actually perfect, and I loved the bathroom. I’ll definitely book there again when I’m in the area.

I haven’t stayed there, but I visited while it was being remodeled and was impressed. I also spoke with a recent “temporary” tenant who said things went smoothly and that being able to settle down comfortably was his favorite part.

Staying at workforce suite was a great experience. It felt like being at home, while still giving me that sense of being away. The rooms were newly renovated, the beds were so comfortable, and the location was a real plus with easy access everywhere. Can’t wait to come back.

It’s right off the highway, so the location is great. It looks like it’s been renovated recently, and I’d recommend it for a long-term stay if you’re working in the area.
