The rooms are clean and modern, which would have earned five stars from me if the tubs had drain plugs. I called the office, but they didn't have any, so I had to fill the tub using a trash bag.

Clean, new, and basic, with fantastic value for a night's stay. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves 5/5 stars. I wouldn't pick it for a vacation, though.

The walls are thick, so the highway next door didn't come through, and the rooms were pretty cold. I'd bring an extra blanket. The elevator and hallways always smelled really good, and checkout was easy: just drop your keycard in a box, no need to tell the staff. This was my first time traveling and staying at a hotel, so I did a lot of research before booking. The office staff were nice and had no problem with my reservation through their actual website. $170 for two nights felt like a great price for an updated hotel in a nice area to sleep in. The restroom was the one problem. The toilet seat had pee stains, and there was pubic hair in the tub. Luckily, I'd brought Clorox wipes. I would've given it five stars, but the toilet seat threw me off.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had, without a doubt. The cleaning crew took my cell phone, and the front desk attendant refused to discuss it with me or even try to find it. They emailed to say they wouldn't do anything and that I could involve law enforcement if I wanted. Only after I showed video proof of a cleaning crew member handling my phone did they change their story and suddenly find it. No apology, and no acknowledgement that they had employed a thief. Getting basic supplies was like pulling teeth. We had to do our own towel laundry to get fresh towels, then practically beg the front desk clerk at the office for towels and soap. Just bad all around, with nothing redeeming about this place.
