Room 222 had mold in the AC unit, and the other room had dirty sheets. I was there for maybe ten minutes before leaving. When I asked about a refund, I was told there’s none if you’ve used the room. The issue is mold in the AC, whether or not I used the room, and who knows what’s happening in the other rooms. If you don’t care about your health, enjoy. Never again.

The staff member who helped us seemed annoyed throughout and made us feel unwelcome. There’s also no elevator, which made the stay inconvenient. I paid a $35 pet fee but wasn’t given any change, even though I didn’t have exact cash. On top of that, they charged me $15 for my one well behaved pet, despite their policy saying the first pet stays free. That charge shouldn’t have applied. A very unpleasant experience, and customer service gets zero out of ten. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quite nice, with a microwave, mini fridge, and comfortable bed. But getting to it was a struggle. We’d reserved ahead and my husband, who is handicapped, had asked for a ground floor room. Instead, they put us two flights up, and there’s no elevator. We had to haul our bags and dogs up the stairs, then struggled with the stairs throughout our two day stay. I also noticed the clerks laughing and snickering behind our backs. I said out loud that it was really funny and unacceptable. Isn’t a hotel supposed to be handicap accessible?

The food options nearby are plentiful, and it’s always clean when I stay. When I couldn’t get my system to sync with the TV, they accommodated me by moving me to another room. It’s consistently been a great stay.
