Rick is an amazing manager, and the cleaning team is welcoming and wonderful. The front desk staff are great too. Everyone is helpful when something comes up and gets it sorted out. They make the place feel like home. Best staff I’ve ever encountered, service is immaculate, and the whole crew gets ten out of ten from me.

Friendly, helpful staff who know what they’re doing. The place is very clean and family friendly, with an elevator and plenty of parking. There’s Wi-Fi, a stove and fridge, plus a fitness center that’s open 24 hours. I’d recommend it for an extended stay.

The kitchen was there, but it came with no pots, pans, dishes, or utensils. Nothing was available to borrow at check-out, only to buy, and they hadn’t told us ahead of time so we could bring our own. Two outlets didn’t work, and the remote batteries were taped in place. The shower hadn’t been cleaned properly, with hair left in the drain. During our stay three cockroaches showed up, and one was already dead in a drawer. We also had to ask for missing towels and a brown bed blanket. I won’t be back.

The only bright spot was Darius at check-in, who was very helpful. The room had mold on the ceiling, a badly rusted fridge, and peeling paint everywhere. There were also dozens of guys coming and going and smoking outside. That was all within 30 minutes. The place was awful, so we checked out right away.
