The office is honest and straightforward with residents, while still being respectful and understanding. When people are struggling to pay rent, the staff takes time to explain useful options and resources instead of leaving them confused or overwhelmed. Their professional, genuinely supportive approach makes a real difference.

Writing on my mother's behalf: the maintenance staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks for taking care of my maintenance issue.

Thanks to both of them for installing my hot water tank and fixing the outside banister. They were really helpful, and I appreciate it.

Jose, the maintenance man for my building, handled my request that same week. I had a good experience with it. Thank you.

Friends told me they charge $55 just to change a lightbulb, one they already bought themselves. If you're expecting reasonable maintenance service, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
