Delta Hotel Philadelphia Airport

The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was awesome, and Aliah was great. The Pantry was handy for snacks all day, and this is a great value, so I will book again. I had an issue with Linda over a late checkout request as a Bon Voy Platinum Elite member. She seemed to reprimand me because someone had entered my Bon Voy account number in the system, then gave me a 1 p.m. checkout as if I should be grateful. I didn't like that, so I left at 7:30 a.m. When I checked out, she started explaining third-party applications. I'd just woken up and wasn't ready for a firm lecture. I also didn't like being charged an extra $150 when I extended two days. On top of the room price, I had $300 in security deposits and parking to pay, with no free parking. Thank you!

I was there for two nights for a funeral, arriving on Feb 6, 2026. The front desk team all looked up to greet me, and Noah checked me in and told me I'd been upgraded to use the Pantry. My first room was at the end by the stairs and connected to another room, so I called down to ask for a change. Noah was helpful again and said it was no problem. I went downstairs for a new key, and on the way back a nice maid showed me the new room. The Pantry was very nice. Thanks to manager Craig and Desan, who made me laugh. They were both very nice during my stay.

It's convenient for the airport, but paying to park at a hotel where you're staying is a crazy process. There was visible water damage and poor repair work on the top floor. The buffet breakfast cost $25 per person, with automatic gratuity added. A check for all three of us was left on the table, even though my wife wasn't planning to eat. The marketplace prices were insanely high.

Isaiah at the front desk was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable too. The hospitality and customer service were the best part. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
