I felt safer staying here alone because you need a code to enter both the building and your room. The decor and colors are lovely throughout, and every floor was really clean. My room was simple but comfortable, clean, and smelled nice. The bathroom was SUPER CLEAN, and the shower temperature was great every time. They also provide cups, bowls, plates, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster, towels, and washcloths. I only used the towels, but it was nice to know the other things were there if I needed them. There was always a parking spot when I got back from an outing. Nights and mornings were quiet; on Sunday night I heard people outside, but it wasn't enough to disturb anyone. I'd definitely stay again. 10/10 recommend!

I had to keep contacting them to ask for my $200 incidental fee back, which was called refundable. At first they only replied by asking me to leave a review on Hotels.com, where it can't be edited afterward. Once I pressed again about the refund, they stopped answering. Hotels.com customer service wasn't able to help either. This was my worst accommodation experience. I felt unsafe even standing outside waiting for my Uber, and the room was so small it felt more like a cage than somewhere to relax. The booking process felt like a scam: after a non-refundable reservation, they charged that $200 fee and made no effort to return it. Terrible room, unsafe location, and unresponsive service. Absolutely not worth it.

Samuel owns this place as well as Capital Hotels. Don't be fooled by the photos or price, you'll pay for it later. The host is unreasonable and will block your number instead of replying. He'll also request 250 through another platform and won't return it unless you leave a positive review. Booking.com sees no problem with these sketchy practices and keeps letting him use different platforms. Check the genuine reviews. The five-star ones were posted just to get deposits back.

Management is very, very hard to reach, and I still haven't received the refund for our first night or my $200 deposit after three months. When we arrived the first night, someone else was already staying in our room, so we had to find another hotel at the last minute. This isn't a hotel, it's obviously an Air BNB. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or doorman, and they ask you to send the deposit through venmo.
