Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center

We had an amazing New Year's trip to Philly, our first time there together. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. The fashion district, Chinatown, lots of great food spots, and a CVS were nearby. We could pop out, take a breather at the hotel, then head out again without losing momentum. If it had been summer, we could've walked everywhere. It was quite cold, so we used public transport twice, which was very close by, and took an Uber once. We could also leave our luggage before check-in, which gave us more time to explore.

Brandon was amazing. From the moment we arrived at Four Points City Center, he was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was handled and that we felt comfortable and valued. It’s rare to meet someone who puts that much care into the job, and his service made a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Brandon. You're a true asset to the company!

The hotel was a lot nicer than some four-star places we've stayed at in philly. Our room was spacious, clean, and affordable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a block from reading terminal and chinatown, with lots of other good spots nearby. They let us check out late at 1pm, which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend it, and we'd stay again.

We accidentally left two valuable scarves in the closet when we checked out. They were wedding gifts from my parents, and we realized they were missing the next day. Trying to call the front desk was nearly impossible, as the line sounded disconnected for most of the day. We contacted Marriott customer service instead; they said they'd follow up, but nothing came of it. Eventually we reached the front desk, and they said they'd look for the scarves. Later, we were told nothing had been found. We contacted them again to explain how important the items were, but got the same answer and no further effort or follow-up. Marriott customer service never got back to us either. We've been loyal Marriott customers for years, but this showed no responsibility, communication, or care for guests' belongings. We no longer feel confident staying at this hotel or trusting the brand. We wouldn't recommend it.
