Room 4816 was lovely and clean, and the nightly turndown was excellent. The city views were stunning from every angle. Dinner at Skyhigh was fantastic, and the spa itself was beautiful. I only wish I'd asked for a tour when we arrived, since I didn't discover the steam room and sauna until our last day. My partner and I came for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it feel personal and special. Everyone was amazing from check-in through checkout. We had such an elevated stay at Four Seasons Philadelphia and would highly recommend it. Thanks, and we hope to return!

We booked the deluxe landmark king and got gorgeous city views plus a bathroom that felt spa-inspired. We were celebrating our marriage, and the team made the whole stay one of the best service experiences we've had anywhere. Mallory handled our reservation, Fernando helped us settle in, and Len at the concierge looked after us throughout. Len also had a wonderful surprise waiting in the room at check-in. We loved the Sky High lounge. Andrew greeted us warmly, and Kayla made our meal there a great time. Lou was kind and lovely to talk with at the door, and housekeeping and turndown were impeccable. Can't wait to come back. A must-stay when visiting Philadelphia!

The team made our visit feel extra special. Leonard, Lou, Kayla, Andrew, Fernando, and Mallory all deserve a shout-out. When my husband and I arrived, they surprised us with champagne and flowers to mark our recent marriage. Everyone was so thoughtful and accommodating. We're grateful and can't wait to return to the Four Seasons in Philly.

Dante and amonie were both so kind and amazing. I'm sorry if I've spelled their names wrong. They helped me get up after I got up taking this elevator and the stairs a bit, and made it possible for me to get to my party. I had a beautiful night. I hope someone high up sees this. I don't know how I could repay them.

Checking in with Chris was a delight. He offered an upgrade, a fruit platter, and checkout at 2 PM for the room we'd booked for my daughter's wedding night. But when she checked in that night, there was no upgrade, no fruit platter, and no late checkout. I got them excited for nothing, and it was a huge disappointment. I'll never stay at this hotel again.
