My dishwasher broke too, and it took forever to replace, so I had to wash dishes by hand. The owners are cheap. My washing machine stayed broken for the first 11 months I lived there, while management and maintenance played games. They finally replaced it in my last month, so I had to hang my laundry up to dry until then. The hot water heater broke as well and had to be replaced. Trying to coordinate with them and host repair workers coming in and out felt like a part-time job. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Trust me.
