The kitchen area, with its stove, fridge, and microwave, was the best part for me. Otherwise it was just okay, and I was disappointed. I went looking for the “urban perch” but couldn’t find it, since this is a subcontracting company for the actual building. There were some cosmetic issues, like a missing piece of plastic on a plug and a mark or something knocked into the wall. The towel rack also fell off, though they fixed it that same day. There aren’t blackout curtains in the bedroom, so the city lights and car noise both came through. I ended up sleeping with a pillow over my head to block them and didn’t sleep well. I’d give it 3 out of 5, not the 3.5 category Hotwire put it in. If you can, stay at an actual hotel.

The location made everything easy, with Walgreens and WaWa just steps away and several restaurants nearby. For weekend parking, we used 16th and Vine for $7 per day, then took Uber or Lyft where we needed to go. Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had an amazing city view. Omar went above and beyond, from helping with the booking to arranging a complimentary late checkout. The Urban Perch staff were top notch, and the doormen were friendly and accommodating. We had a perfect stay and can’t wait to return.

Such a good weekend spot. The person who checked me in was grrrrrreat, and the apartment was super spacious. It had everything I needed to make breakfast. I’d definitely recommend staying here 😊

This was my second time here, and it’s still comfortable and dependable. It feels like a home away from home, with a good location and nice amenities. Absolutely fantastic place to stay.
