The hydration station on every floor was a handy touch, and we used it constantly to get chilled, filtered water. We also slept really well: the beds were comfortable, and we never heard the neighboring rooms thanks to the impressive soundproofing. Everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless. AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore feels modern, stylish, and carefully designed, and the Biltmore location puts restaurants, shops, and other essentials close by. This has become one of our favorite Phoenix hotels, and we’d happily stay again.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the staff made this a great business stay. My only real disappointment was the view from the upgraded room I booked through a third party: on the 3rd floor, the glass office building was only about 75 feet away, close enough to make eye contact with people inside. I kept the curtains shut the whole time. Lesson learned, I’ll book direct next time. The service was a big part of what worked so well. Marietta sorted out the friction from my third-party booking and found my old Bonvoy account so I could use the app features. Wayne at the lounge was a standout, with great mixology skills, product knowledge, and local restaurant suggestions. He found exactly the walkable, lively spot for Mexican food I wanted, then handled a packed bar that evening while still making guests feel welcome. At breakfast, Crystal walked me through the impressive selection and offered me a latte to go. Marcus gave me a warm, professional sendoff at checkout. I needed a quick trip to Phoenix, and AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore – Marriott checked the boxes: close to the airport, with dining, a proper lounge and bar, outdoor spaces, and a safe, polished location. There’s also a cozy little area just off the lobby with comfortable seats, a chess board, a tucked-away computer nook, and a small putting area. Nice options for relaxing or getting things done outside the room. Check-in was mostly smooth, though booking through a third party added some hassle and limited pre-check-in options. Strong property, excellent staff, and I’d gladly return.

We’d come back without hesitation.

I only visited because my friend was staying here, so I saw the lobby and its bathrooms rather than staying overnight myself. Both were very clean, and the lobby had a nice atmosphere. My friend said the hotel was excellent. Marcus at the front desk was great and pointed me to a good breakfast place down the road.
