Best Western North Phoenix Hotel

Ashley made me feel at home somewhere unfamiliar. Even though I only met her briefly, she acted like she'd known me for years and had me laughing so much. I didn't feel welcomed when I first checked in, though everyone else was nice and sweet. Ashley really goes out of her way to know people, and that kind of service brings guests back. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great for where I needed to go, just four minutes away. My job has me coming back for a week in two weeks, and I'm choosing this hotel because of Ashley. I was about to stay somewhere else, but they'll keep my company's business as long as she works here.

The location was the one real bright spot in my experience. Our room smelled like mold, and they were so booked up that they couldn't move us. We paid an extra $25 for late checkout, but housekeeping interrupted us twice during that time and opened the door once. That's what happened on my stay.

There was 24-hour coffee, and the daily breakfast was great. The hotel was super clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were large. Pets were welcome too. Great value for money, and an amazing spot to stay for dog shows.

The shower in room 325 was tricky to use because its handle spun all the way around, so it took a moment to work out where the hot water was. The breakfast was nice and they kept everything stocked. The room was clean, and front desk service and housekeeping were as expected. I had no other issues. Just be careful driving up, since the hotel is on a one-way street. If you pass it, getting back around is a hassle.
