The location was close to everything, and you even get a taste of Phoenix traffic, which moves pretty decently. The room was very clean, and they cleaned every day, made the bed, and took care of things. If you left the A/C or heat running, though, they would turn it off. I’d definitely recommend it.

At least there were no bedbugs. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the AC made weird noises all night. Breakfast options were poor: the waffle dispenser was broken, not working, or hadn’t been set up. There were five plain bagels, four pieces of bread, old fruit, five oatmeal packets, and dry cereal.

Mehesh was gracious and helpful without being intrusive, and was there whenever I had a question. The rooms were updated, and the continental-style breakfast was available. It’s convenient for Spring baseball in Peoria and Phoenix Raceway. My two main requirements in a hotel are “clean and quiet,” and this place met both.

I booked six nights because it was available, and the stay turned out better than expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily service, and the staff were pleasant. The amenities are basic, just a TV, refrigerator, and microwave. There’s a modest breakfast, and plenty of other options nearby. The hotel is set far enough back from the busy intersection that traffic and noise weren’t an issue.
