The front desk manager really stood out. I saw how thoughtfully she handled things with me and with other people, even while helping out in the restaurant. The hotel itself is cool and in a great spot, too. Easy five stars. I just wish I’d had more time to stay.

I hadn’t stayed at a Drury before, but this was such a good experience that I’ll try the others. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were great about answering all my questions and helping with what I needed. Alex at the Kitchen and Bar deserves a shout-out for going the extra mile with friendly conversation and great service, especially for someone from out of town.

Dinner and breakfast both went smoothly, and the bartender was fantastic. We also really liked the pool and hot tub area, with lots of places to lounge. Our room was clean, spacious, and had great air circulation, plus a lovely view. The front desk was so nice. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

Joseph at the front desk and Bianca the General Manager both gave us five-star help and were very professional. We had great service from the shuttle drivers, food team, check-in staff, and cleaning staff, too. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the hotel is in a safe area just a few minutes from the airport. Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport feels upscale.

The service here is awesome, but the restaurant dinner was a letdown. The tater tots were only half cooked, and the spinach artichoke dip was disgusting. My chicken sandwich was edible, but nothing like I expected, it was a bunch of tenders coated in wing sauce. After paying for that food, we didn’t want to take a chance on the free food.
