We’re staying here while we move on to the next chapter, and the staff are what make it worthwhile. Trisha always greets you with a friendly, infectious smile, and Jim says hello and is ready to help. Leslie helped us change rooms for maintenance and is always kind. Janelle was nice and helped when our keys stopped working, and Alexis is sweet and happy to assist. My wife and I really appreciate how kind and helpful they’ve all been.

I’d warn people away from staying here. I’d been a loyal customer for 4-5 weeks while working in Pheonix, and when I asked about extending my stay, they said they’d check the rates. My checkout was set for Friday. They were going to see if they could offer a “special weekly rate rather than daily rate” because I’d been there long term, but I never heard back, so I checked out Friday as planned. Their lobby cameras would have seen me pack up and leave. Then I was charged another $512.17 for an extension I never approved. I called right away to explain I’d checked out on Friday, but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t help. After three days, she ended the conversation with, “tomato, tomatoe I have a business to run. Have a nice day.” Apparently my money is “tomato, tomatoe” to them. It feels like they have to take money from customers because they can’t get business on their own. I also had to clean my own room because it was disgusting at check-in. That became the least of my problems. Save yourself the time and money and book somewhere reputable.

I’ve stayed here several times and usually been quite satisfied, so I’d stay again, but I’d want to inspect the room before signing. On my most recent visit, the desk had no chair or lamp, so I couldn’t use it for work. The small table that’s normally there was missing too, and only one bulb in the bedside light worked. The easy chair had a broken back, so it wasn’t much use either. I reported the problems at the front desk and was told maintenance wouldn’t be available until Monday because it was the weekend. I checked out on1-29, and none of it had been fixed. I mentioned that to the woman at checkout. I’m left feeling like the issues were ignored. It’s hard to believe there’s no weekend maintenance, since even a major problem could come up.

I checked out on Wednesday, but today I noticed a $481 charge for two days on my card. It isn’t even the hotel rate, and they’re trying to charge me for days I wasn’t there. Now I have to call my bank, report the charges, and cancel my card. Somehow they had my card from a day the previous year. I called the office, and they had no idea what was going on. Then they tried to tell me I was staying there, even though I was in another town. Be careful giving these people your credit card details.
