The worst part of my three-week stay was the roach infestation. There were far too many cockroaches in the room, as the attached photos show, and I had to buy my own glue traps. After the second week, I also had to keep asking for someone to clean the room and replace my towels. I work 14-hour days, but was told towel exchanges could only happen between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. They didn’t even offer the basic courtesy of a simple towel swap. It was a very disappointing stay, well below a reasonable level of service and cleanliness. I hope I don’t have to stay at this hotel again.

We signed the paperwork and check-in with the manager went smoothly, but both rooms smelled like a dirty old ashtray as soon as we opened the doors. I was in #224, and my friend had #226 next to me. His room was so smoky he had to open the door and windows to air it out. Both rooms were run down and dirty, with stuff in the tub and something smeared inside the fridge. The smell was already affecting my health condition, so I went to tell the manager we couldn’t stay. She just said, “people will people... nobody follows the rules anymore...” Yet I’d signed paperwork saying I’d be charged $250 for smoking in my room or on the property. During our brief stay, I saw several people smoking outside the entrance and near open room windows. When I went back upstairs, I could smell the ashtray stink coming down the hall from my friend’s room. I went in and told him, “let’s go ... Im not staying in this place ...” I gave up over $1400. 00 for two room. and 6 days ... and was told it was nonrefundable because I’d booked online more than 72 hours ago. If you smoke and don’t like following the rules, this might be a great place to stay...

Heather at the front desk and the general manager were amazing. They made extending our stay simple and even took care of checkout time without us having to come downstairs, so we wouldn’t get a late fee. We really appreciated that. The room and hotel were clean and very quiet, with no noise issues, and they’re super pet friendly. The cleaning lady is lovely too, such a sweet little lady. Our stay was pleasant and accommodating, and we’d definitely recommend the place.

Some of the hardest-working, friendliest staff around. If you come here, ask for Heather. She deserves more than she’s paid, and she wears a lot of positions on her badge. I’ll be back because of her. Keep it up, girl!
