In summer, there’s no cold water at all, even at the sink, in the shower, or in the washer. The front office knows, but says there’s nothing they can do. The elevator keypad also stops working sometimes, and the elevators can stay out of order for days. Then we have to go around or use the stairs to reach my apartment. Parking is often completely full at night on weekends. People even use the new-resident and “handicap” spots. The carpet has been dirty since I moved in seven months ago, and watch out for hidden fees. For $2,500, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment here is overkill in my opinion. This isn’t a place to raise a family, and I’d never live in this apartment or another one like it again. If you get an apartment above your garage like the one in the picture, be aware that the small spiral stairs make it impossible to get a bed or furniture to the second floor unless you hire movers to figure it out.
