Yajara made check-in feel welcoming, and was kind and helpful when I asked to switch rooms. Daniel, the manager, also put in extra effort to get the change sorted out. They worked well together, and their hospitality was what made the stay stand out. The room itself was quiet, comfortable, and spotless. I'd absolutely return to the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport. Thank you, Yajara!

The pool and hot tub were open around the clock. I didn't need that on this trip, but it's useful to know. The breakfast and bar space was nice, and they have a boardroom you can rent. The room was about what you'd expect at an HGI.

I've been coming to Phoenix for work for the past five years and have always stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. A few people there make the trips better every time: Adam and Mitch in the restaurant are great representatives of the company. Gloria was understanding and helped me with an issue on my last visit. Steve from maintenance is top notch and has helped me several times. I work in facilities, so I've seen the quality of his work. The company is lucky to have all four of them.

We've been staying at Hilton hotels all week as we travel, and the locations and service have all been lovely. At this one, Gloria at reception especially deserves recognition. She goes way beyond the mediocre service you often get these days, always with a smile and a great attitude. Adam, who served us dinner at the hotel, clearly gets what good customer service means too. Thank you both, Gloria and Adam! ❤️

Gloria really made us comfortable at the Hilton Garden Inn in Phoenix. She was warm and attentive, and kept helping us with recommendations and arrangements without needing to be asked. You could tell she cared about guests in every interaction. With how attentive she was, you'd think she owned the hotel.
