It’s better to reserve parking online. The airport shuttle was already waiting for us.

The hotel wanted to charge me $50 for checking in just an hour early.

I’d avoid this hotel. I spent six nights here for a baseball tournament and had a poor experience. Half the elevators were out of order, and the laundry machines were down, even though I knew of three other baseball teams staying at the same time. That’s at least 36 boys who needed clean uniforms every day. The key cards kept failing, so I had to visit the front desk several times a day to get them reprogrammed. The patio and lawn furniture was worn out, with holes in the seats and lifeless, uncomfortable cushions. We were made to sign a conduct and curfew agreement, but it wasn’t enforced for other guests. Noise from rooms above or below woke us on multiple occasions during quiet hours, and we finally changed rooms. I’m fairly sure we were charged for that move. I wouldn’t let the boys wander alone in this part of town, with a lot of homelessness around. I contacted the front desk manager, Sergio, but haven’t heard back. It wasn’t worth the price.

A beautiful stay. The best part was the care from Blanquita Cuevas, an excellent professional and a wonderful person.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are a little old, but everything else was very nice.
