Breakfast downstairs was clean, well stocked, and had a good range of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around Phoenix. Self-parking was simple for us: it was only a block away and easy to reach. The hotel itself was very clean, and I'd happily stay again.

The room was roomy and the AC worked perfectly, which made this a nice spot for a quick stay. As a Discoverist, I appreciated the free breakfast. The only small downside was the water pressure. I'd come back next time I'm in PHX.

The breakfast buffet was a lot better than the usual hotel spread, and the staff were super friendly the whole time. The hotel was clean throughout, including our room, which looked and smelled fresh. It's also well placed for getting to the arena and restaurants.

Parking has been a major headache on every visit, and I know the hotel can't do much about it. This time I booked a regular king city-view room after staying in the King Corner Suite before, and after two nights I felt misled. The standard rooms are very small and don't have a microwave, iron, or ironing board, which seems like basic equipment for the price. I'll still return, but only if I can book the King Corner Suite. Management can skip replying; earlier guests seem to have received apologies without much being fixed.

The rooms are a decent size and everything was clean. It's downtown, but far enough from ASU that it wasn't too loud or crowded, while still being a short walk away. Like a lot of western hotels, they don't provide body wash or shampoo, so bring your own.
