Marriott Phoenix Airport

I stay here regularly and, as a multi-year Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member, I can be pretty demanding when a property doesn't match its price or brand. This one does. The rooms are clean, service is prompt, and the lounge is decent. The staff are friendly and caring, and they go out of their way for guests, especially those who stay often. Well done, keep it up, and I hope other Marriott properties follow your lead.

The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms have lovely lighting and a great atmosphere. Service was amazing too: I left my iPad behind, and they shipped it to my house that same day for next-day delivery. Thank you! A very nice Marriott.

Housekeeping was great. I stayed three nights and didn't need the room changed, but they left fresh towels in a basket outside without me asking. The room was clean, and the facility felt safe overall. The noise from my connecting room was awful, though. I could hear the toilet lid slam and flush, plus every loud phone call the person next door made at 5 a.m. every day. The doors slam shut too, and the walls seem paper-thin with no sound insulation. I'm exhausted and can't wait to get home and sleep. I asked to move to a non-connecting or any other room, but they said they were booked and couldn't accommodate me. Bring earplugs if you stay here.

Great staff at this property. Because of construction at Terminal 3, the 3/1 hotel shuttle takes you to the air train. With checked luggage and pre/clear, the trip from the hotel to the F gates took 35 minutes.
