The sink barely drained, and it took around 20 minutes for the water to go down completely. Otherwise, the AC was surprisingly quiet for such an old unit, and there were no unpleasant smells. The room was clean but very worn and clearly needs updates. We didn't expect much from the hotel, so we weren't majorly disappointed.

My air conditioner wasn't working, even after one of the guys came up to check it. I waited for maintenance, then went downstairs to tell the manager. She said my roommate and I had been under the covers, which had nothing to do with the AC being broken. She wasn't trying to help or accommodate us, just being rude and nasty. When I interrupted to say “excuse me,” she said she'd been having a good morning and was only joking. There was nothing funny about being up all night without AC, especially when she hadn't tried to understand my concern. I'd been staying for almost a month without any issues or complaints. John, on the other hand, has been awesome, with great customer service all around. He's an amazing person!

Mariana and her manager Isabel made us feel looked after from the minute we arrived. They were kind, attentive, and professional, and every staff interaction from check-in through checkout came with a smile. The hotel itself is nicely kept, but the care from the team is what stood out most. We were worn out and discouraged after a previous hotel had fixture problems, no clean linens, no Wi-Fi, and no cable. Coming from out of town, that was a rough start, so the welcoming atmosphere here felt like a complete change. We’d happily give this place five stars again and stay here next time we’re in the area. The room was okay, though the walls are thin, so keep voices down and avoid yelling. I spent a week here, and the staff were kind throughout. Jon handled both my check-in and checkout and was especially friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, in an industrial-feeling area just off the highways. I’d arrived in town that evening.
