The room was in awful shape: dead roaches on the floor and sink counter, mold in the bathroom, and a dirty toilet that hadn't been flushed. There were no pillows, blankets, or sheets, and no TV, even though there was a remote. The door had no lock at all, so you didn't need a key, and shoe prints suggested it had been kicked in before. The outside was immediately off-putting too, with homeless people and drugs around the parking lot. I asked the front desk for a refund and was refused. I had to get corporate to refund me. Avoid this hotel, even if you feel you have nowhere else to go.

The hotel was so nasty that I left that same night and asked for a refund. They said yes, but still charged my account for a week and blocked my number. I'm driving there tomorrow to confront them about what feels like a scam or theft operation.

The room was filthy and barely cleaned. Our first one was a smoking room with a brown handprint on the bathroom wall. We paid an extra $20 a night for a non-smoking room, but that one was dirty too. Walking barefoot left my feet black, and the door only locked when positioned just right. The parking lot had sketchy people around, and the area felt very scary. Get back to your room before nightfall or you'll probably get murdered.

The property was filthy, with trash all over, roaches everywhere, and feces on walls and doors. People were loitering, looking through the trash, and bothering guests. One man even asked whether we had drugs to sell. The rooms were horribly dirty, and customer service was awful. We were ignored five or six times, and the continental breakfast we were told about wasn't available. This was the worst hotel experience of my life and a waste of time and money. I'd rather sleep behind a dumpster in the middle of the ghetto than stay there again. I wish I could give it zero stars.
