The front desk was very friendly. I accidentally booked the night, and the owner assured me I'd get a refund within five business days. After that passed, I called twice. They took my details, but nobody called back, and it's been two months. He doesn't want to refund me because the hotel has hardly any business.

The room was very clean and the price was great. Richard at the front desk was friendly and professional. I was traveling, and the spot just off I-59 worked perfectly. Thanks, Heritage Inn. I'll stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

We'd been traveling all night and only needed a few hours of sleep, so I appreciated how understanding they were and the great rate they gave me. We arrived around 5 am and wanted to leave by the 11 am checkout. Holiday Inn Express had turned me away because check-in wasn't until 3:00. The room and hotel were clean. It seemed sketchy because of an older hotel at the front of the road, but this isn't that one. Call ahead and they'll turn the room AC on for you. Nice hotel for the money.

I had to stay longer than I expected while repairs on my home dragged on. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff were outstanding. They made a difficult situation bearable and made sure I was comfortable. I can't praise them enough!

Heritage Inn was spotless, and the service was spectacular. The staff were one of a kind. They let me check out late at no extra charge, and when my ride was delayed at checkout time, the front desk clerk offered to let me wait in my room. The continental breakfast could have had a wider selection, but that wasn't a big issue since there are plenty of places within walking distance. I've stayed at some four-star hotels that weren't as good. I highly recommend Heritage Inn.
