The room had roaches, and it looked like nobody had cleaned it before we got there. They also kept changing the deposit, first $60, then $20 cash on the second day. When I went back for a bag I’d left, they said they had nothing. It had about $100 worth of new things in it. Shady, if you ask me.

I paid $80 and was shocked by how filthy the tub was. The floors had white stains, and the walls looked like they hadn’t been dusted or cleaned in ages. Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room and bathroom both smelled like cigarettes. Don’t come here. It’s not worth what they charge.

There’s no phone in the room, and they only left a few towels. The rooms also look like they haven’t been updated in years.

The owners and staff are polite and respectful, and they really look after their customers. I’d happily stay here again and again when I’m in LA. The rooms have all the everyday basics you need, too. A very pleasant place to stay, 5/5.

I asked for extra towels and pillows when we arrived. They said they’d bring them, but never did. The next day there was no room cleaning or fresh towels either, and the floors hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed. The tub was dirty from the start, the room didn’t look clean, and supplies were just one small bar of soap, with no shampoo, conditioner, or fresh toilet paper. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it. I wouldn’t give it a star if I could.
