Hotel Express

There were lots of roaches in the room. When I complained, they got angry and denied seeing them, even though they saw them too before walking off. The people were very rude and acted like they didn't understand anything except money. I can't believe anyone would pay good money to stay here. They should be paying guests. Never again.

I love the family who owns the place. They're kind, humble, and have a really family-oriented feel. They'll work with you and help however they can. They're also putting effort into upgrading the rooms one at a time. I know most rooms have new hardwood-style plank floors, and rooms have been freshly painted in new colors, with accent walls to brighten them up. The owners are close friends of mine, so I've been taking notes on all the reviews, even older ones, to help them establish their business. They really do their best to keep upgrading things and provide a clean, safe, comfortable stay. New lampshades are definitely a must, lol.

The staff were nice, but this is the only hotel I've stayed at that made me feel dirty. It was disgusting. I'd tell people to bring their own sheets, blankets, and pillows, and be ready to clean the room before using it.

It was a quiet place to sleep, and after 6months sleeping in my jeep, it felt good to have a clean bed. Still, the room was bad, with a broken dresser and dirty floors. Paying 65$ for such a short night felt like too much.
