Nothing fancy, but it was fine for our family and our budget. The breakfast had waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries, juice, Folgers coffee, yogurt, and cereal. Not terrible. The beds were thick and the pillows fat and squishy. Parking was good, the staff were nice, and Mel's diner is right next door and a good place to eat. The room was clean, and the indoor pool was good. There’s a small side yard for pets to potty, which works even though it isn’t much. Bags are posted there, but nobody picks up after their pet.

From the third floor we had a wonderful sunrise view facing Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Almost all the rooms seem to face that way, and the view was the best part for us. After other hotel experiences in Pigeon Forge, this place felt like a breath of fresh air. The front desk clerk was friendly and professional, and the facility was nice. We didn’t swim, but the pool area looked great. Breakfast was better than I expected for the price, with hot fresh sausage and eggs along with the usual continental options.

For a very reasonable rate, we had a great stay at this Baymont. Denise, the Assistant Manager, was especially kind and went out of her way to find us the best rate possible. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and the service top notch. Breakfast was adequate, and the indoor pool was clean and heated. No complaints!

We chose it for a Dollywood trip, and the location, cleanliness, and price were all great. The Island is an easy walk away, and parking and WiFi are free. It isn't fancy, but it worked well for us. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was simple, though I wish they’d had bacon every day. Cars were very loud outside on our first night because of a car show.

I fell asleep fast in that huge king bed, which was part of a cozy suite with a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The fireplace was amazing. I’d definitely stay here again. Traffic noise was my only complaint, though it didn’t keep me awake.
