The room and grounds were clean, and the value was great. To our surprise, the outdoor pool was open, alongside the indoor pools and hot tubs. Breakfast was average, and the eating area was very small. Nice stay overall, we'll be back.

The indoor pool was nice, and breakfast was good, though seating was limited. They had takeaway boxes. The place wasn't very expensive to book. It's a newly renovated motel with clean rooms, close to Dollywood. I was amazed by how crowded it was, and there was almost no parking.

The location was great, especially if you're going to Dollywood. Rooms were clean, and the pools were nice and well kept. The service desk was good too. Snack prices were way beyond reasonable, though. I know there's a convenience fee, but $9 for a bag of chips is a little ridiculous.

We were here for three days, and the location is handy, within walking distance of Texas Roadhouse, McAllister, and several other places. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job. But we were put in a room with noisy kids every night. The food was okay, with waffles the best part. The check-in staff member was a little rude, though the woman who took our keys at checkout was nice.

We stayed five nights and had a very nice, clean room with comfortable beds. Housekeeping came in every day to clean. The pool and hot tub were great, and breakfast was very good. Great hotel at a very reasonable price.
