Compass Hotel by Margaritaville

We came back for our second cheer competition stay, and the kids were happy with the pool while we enjoyed the evening music and good breakfast. There are plenty of spots to sit and unwind, and the staff are lovely. We only asked room service for extra towels, but they also emptied the trash and made the beds, including my son’s travel bed.

There’s plenty of room in the lobby to work or just hang out, and our room had two TVs, so I could Chromecast my shows. The restaurant and in-room dining were delicious, and everything had that great Margaritaville smell. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was spotless and much bigger than I expected. It’s close to everything in Pigeon Forge without being right on the main strip. We didn’t get to use the pools this time, but the indoor and outdoor options sound perfect for the kids when it’s warmer. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, even for my sensitive back, and the pillows were great. Breakfast was also far better than what I’ve had at most hotels. The Margaritaville theme felt consistent throughout, from the room colors to the elevator scents and the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The atmosphere stayed cheerful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll book this location for future trips. Thank you, Compass!

The staff really stood out to me. I work in hospitality, and I could see how hard they work to give guests a great experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the beach theme, and parking was easy. Our rooms were clean, well stocked, and roomy enough for us. The bar and grille was a nice feature, with live music both Friday and Saturday, excellent drinks, and delicious food. The hot tub looked great and wasn’t crowded, though we didn’t use it. A memorable first trip to Pigeon Forge, and a good fit for a family or a couple.
