The location made getting around easy, with plenty of places to eat on foot and a trolley stop close by. We also liked the heated indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river, and spent a cooler evening by the fire pit. From our third-floor room, though, we could hear nearly everything happening there, so keep that in mind if you’re on that side. It was our first stay at this Courtyard by Marriott In pigeon Forge, and the room and bathroom were clean, the balcony was roomy and relaxing, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the Bistro too, and would come back.

We slept better here than at a hotel in a long time. The beds were really comfortable, and the room got cold enough for us, which matters. Staff were friendly, and we liked the Bistro for morning and evening food. The setting felt tucked away in the country while still being right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Fire pits and a spacious lobby made the place cozy, and there’s an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool, and lazy river, all open 24/7. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. We’ll absolutely return.

I can hardly believe this is rated just three stars. It felt like a five-star stay to me. My whole family had a wonderful time here on vacation, and the staff were so kind and sweet. When we come back to Tennessee, this is the only place we’ll book.

We ended up here unexpectedly after finally getting down from our cabin off Wears Valley Road, after a treacherous drive. After being stuck for three days, this was exactly what we needed. The place is warm and quiet, easy to reach, and just off the Parkway. The staff were so friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We picked this hotel after reading reviews and loved our quick two-night trip to see the Christmas lights. Room 620 was a king with a lovely mountain view, and it was immaculate, with a great bathroom and shower pressure. The hotel itself was spotless, smelled wonderful, and had lovely holiday decorations. From arrival, we got a warm greeting and checking in was easy. We stayed in the second evening for burgers and cocktails at the Bistro. The food was great, the bartender polite, and I’d order dinner there again. We also enjoyed sipping our drinks by the outdoor fire pit. It’s right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and we were very pleased with the stay.
