The ground-floor bathroom toilet is so low that an adult nearly needs to be a contortionist to use it. The stove only had two working burners, and the mattresses were rock-hard and very uncomfortable. I would have rated the place higher otherwise.

Our family of seven had a great time here. It's really close to the downtown strip in pigeon forge, and it's a great place to visit.
