The staff at Embassy Suites Pigeon Forge were professional, attentive, and clearly committed to giving guests a first-class experience. The hotel’s common areas and pool were beautifully maintained, and despite being close to local attractions, the place felt calm and sophisticated. The property’s design, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere impressed me as soon as I arrived. Our suite was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, with a thoughtful layout that balanced modern style and relaxation. The plush bedding and decor made it feel luxurious while still warm and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh, high-quality choices and attentive service that felt like a restaurant experience. The evening reception was another nice touch. The amenities and common areas added to the resort-like feel. This was a refined, upscale stay in the heart of the Smokies, and I look forward to returning. I’d highly recommend it for a luxurious, memorable visit.

The public spaces each had their own feel, and there was so much to explore that the hotel itself felt like an experience. It’s brand new and beautiful. Our room was immaculate, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfast, dinner, and room service were consistently excellent. Staff were around, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooftop lounge was stunning, with a fireplace and sweeping mountain views. An absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you! ❤️

We could have used more time to enjoy everything, and we’d definitely stay again. The hotel feels relaxed even though it’s close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. It’s clean, modern, and really comfortable, with a huge suite that was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh choices and made-to-order items. There’s also a fun arcade, driving range, and pool.

The room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, with an excellent bed and a nice balcony. There was one small annoyance in hearing-enabled room 331: a loud fan in the living room ran constantly, loud enough to drown out the TV. It didn’t affect our stay overall, but it’s worth mentioning. We were in town for a gymnastics meet and used Hilton Diamond reward nights for two nights, which was such a treat. The hotel was fully booked, and the only room available at the time was hearing-enabled, but it worked perfectly well for us. The property shares amenities with Embassy Suites by Hilton and Tempo by Hilton. Tempo felt quieter and more relaxed, while Embassy Suites was livelier, so we got both kinds of atmosphere. The 7th floor was amazing, with great views, complimentary happy hour drinks, and made-to-order omelets in the morning. As Diamond members, we also got bottled water, sodas, and snacks. The team accommodated my service animal without any trouble, and everything felt seamless. The indoor pool was wonderfully warm after a long day. I smiled through the whole stay. The hotel and rooms were clean, food was amazing, and views were stunning. We’d absolutely stay again.
