The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the location is good. Our two-room suite with a kitchenette was spacious, and it's a good value if you're going to be out and about most of the time. But cooking smells came through the vents or somewhere else, and it smelled like frying fish even at 2 and 3 AM. If you're sensitive to food smells, avoid a floor with kitchenettes. Also, the shower had no closing door, so it got cold even with the water very hot. That's a matter of personal preference.

The staff at breakfast were PHANOMENAL, the breakfast was nice, and eating on the top floor was a cool change. The patio was wonderful, too, and they have luggage storage if you ask. But our stay was disrupted by people. A couple in the room nearby smoked weed constantly, and I kept feeling sick. The hotel across the way held loud parties all night, with music and people drinking in the outdoor pools, so it was hard to sleep on that side. I wish the hotel had helped us with the smoking issue. We stayed a few days, then moved closer to my husband's work. The rooms are teenytiny, and calling ours a suite felt off: it just had more walls and less space.

We stayed at Staybridge in Pigeon Forge for 3 nights and enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the bed was comfy, and there were plenty of pillows and bedding. Breakfast was hot and delicious, with choices changing each day so it didn't get repetitive. Being dog friendly was a big help, and we'll definitely stay here again. The bathroom was the one downside: the shower had no door, so water got on the floor and it was chilly without a way to close it off. There also wasn't much counter space, even though we were in a 2 room suite.

The rooms were excellent, and the place was clean and cozy, with a kitchen area. I couldn't find any silverware, though, and the shower kept this from being perfect: water pressure was low, probably because of the shower head, and the stall design let the heat out so I got cold. It's a new facility, and even with the usual low-pressure shower these days, I'd still consider it when traveling. Great for a couple, with larger rooms available for families too.

We got a first-floor room next to the conference room during an event, and it was loud. The king suite itself was nice, clean, and roomy for two, and I was surprised by how good the kitchen was. The hotel is close to Dollywood, so it was worth it for being near the park. I'd just avoid a first-floor room.
