We were within walking distance of everything, and our room was super clean with a beautiful river view and a view of the giant Ferris wheel. We bought the romance package, and it was everything I could have imagined and then some. Every staff member was amazing and helpful. They treated us like family, and you can tell they enjoy meeting new people as well as seeing returning guests. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great room with 5 Star hospitality and cleanliness.

The location was just right for getting to Dollywood, GSMNP, and all the activities nearby. I was traveling with two young children and felt very safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk was wonderful when I needed help with the area. Even though I arrived very late, they were kind. Check-in and checkout were easy. Breakfast was great and included with the stay. We had a lot of fun in the warm indoor pool, and the hot tub was great too. The outdoor pool area was nicely maintained. The laundry area, with a washer and dryer, was convenient and got the job done. We had an amazing experience at the Pigeon forge hotel, and we’ll absolutely return if we travel to TN again.

Being able to walk to The Island, restaurants, comedy shows, and plenty of other things makes the location perfect. The rooms have a great view and are always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This may not be the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed in, but it’s the most accommodating, friendly, and reliable. I’ve been coming to Valley Forge since I was a kid, and at 36 I can honestly say each stay keeps getting better. I’ve made so many memories here, and it feels like home every time. The staff are kind and make you feel welcome, and the experience never disappoints. Valley Forge will always be my go-to in Pigeon Forge. Hands down, it’s the best for comfort, memories, and hospitality. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, and I liked being able to see the parking lot from it. It felt safe and well lit, and it was nice to keep an eye on the car and remote start range. Having a patio was great for getting some fresh air without leaving. The staff were the best part of the Inn. The man and woman at the front desk were fantastic, and the cleaning staff were very kind too. We appreciated the hospitality at a fair price.

A laid-back place in a great spot, with lots of things in walking distance. Everything was really clean, and we were very pleased with the jacuzzi and the super comfy bed. No complaints from us. We’d stay again. Thanks for the recommendation, Taylor😊
