The front desk staff were kind, but that couldn't make up for the room problems. I had to switch rooms because of the cleanliness, and the next one still had dirty bathrooms, stained sheets, and towels left behind by a previous guest. There was damage in the rooms too, and after complaining so much I didn't want to move again. I also found roaches roaming around, so the hotel needs an exterminator.

We stayed on October 11, and the room was dirty. The shower didn't work and there wasn't a hair dryer. Breakfast was okay, though everything was very cold and the area was dirty too. The price was very high for all that.

The way they handled customer complaints was terrible. I wouldn't stay here again, even if they offered me a free room. Reading the other complaints might give you an idea why. I'm also surprised Wyndham lets this hotel use its name, and I'll be questioning other Wyndham-approved hotels now.

We ended up at Baymont after Comfort Inn couldn't provide a pet-friendly room for our reservation. Comfort Inn also had a strong funk. The Baymont staff were all friendly and helpful, and they fit us in. Our room was modest but clean, with a faint bleach smell that I actually like. The free breakfast was laid out neatly. Of the three hotels at this exit, this is the one we'd go straight to next time we visit family. We've stayed at Hampton Inn here too; it's nice, but not worth the price.

I changed my review after calling and speaking with Dennis. He was a lovely gentleman and assured me this shouldn't have happened. For security, the office should not have been left unlocked. If you're arriving around 3 or 4am, call ahead and they'll make sure you can check in. We were looking at the last minute on a whim, so that would have helped. Thanks, Dennis.
