Pinedale Hotel & Suites

We’re in our 70s, and the room was not at all suitable for us. We were sold on a suite, but what they called an upgrade was a huge, off-putting jacuzzi in the room with mirrors all around it. There’s also a bathroom with a tub. The carpet is torn by the jacuzzi, with a nail sticking out; my husband covered it with a towel. On the first floor, we needed the curtains closed for privacy, but they were so ripped that we had to use a hanger to hold them together. When we turned on the lights, the microwave went off. The one bright spot was the young man who checked us in, who was very nice. I’m wary of the people selling rooms on these notorious booking sites, and we feel deceived. I’m not looking forward to breakfast after reading the reviews.

The hotel made a strong impression with its elegant decor, spotless interiors, and thoughtful details. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the lobby, the on-site restaurant, and the view from my room. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived, professional, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear they care about their work and make an effort to keep the stay seamless. Service and setting together made for a relaxing, memorable visit. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

We only booked here because nothing else was available. The staff were great, and the room was clean with a large bathroom, but the curtains definitely need replacing. The hallway had pumpkin spice Air Wick smells while we were there. Breakfast in the morning was okay.

The room was spotless and excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d be very happy to stay here again.
