Best Western Inn Of Pinetop

For an overnight stop, the clean room met our needs, and breakfast had lots of good options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and it felt safe and was very affordable, about $125. It wasn’t busy, but they placed all the guests right next to each other. I understand that may make cleaning easier, but the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. The asphalt crew leaving for work at 4am was especially loud.

The bed was so hard that we tossed and turned both nights, and we even thought about asking to cancel the second night before deciding to stick it out. The property is clearly older, and the room had that old smell, though it was mostly clean. Checking in at 9:30pm felt awkward. The bath towels were tiny, so bring your own.

Breakfast was great, and check-in was awesome. The young woman at the desk gets five stars from me. Room 111 was clean, but the beds were very hard and the sink drained slowly. I’d stay again.

The property was clean and well kept, and the people were friendly and honest. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. This was one of our best experiences at a Best Western, with great service.
