My 82year old father had the futon for the third adult in our booking, but it was too hard for him. We asked Nathan if there was anything he could do to make Dad comfortable. He said to give him a minute because the owner was on her way, then Nathan and other staff came back with a foam matteress topper for the futon. Dad was in heaven and got up the next morning saying, “I slept like a baby.” Thank you, Nathan, for making an old man comfortable. The staff at Nine Pines are AWSOME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We stayed over 2 nights.

I came up North to get away from the city noise and found peace and serenity at this motel. The atmosphere and cozy, comfortable rooms were lovely, and the staff were kind and helpful to a stranger in town. Jennifer Jones and Jamie Willis especially went out of their way for me. Their dedication makes a real difference here. If you want a getaway, nature, and friendly, helpful people, I recommend this motel. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed Friday and Saturday night, October 17th and 18th, for our 20th wedding anniversary weekend. It was a very cute room and was really clean. We’d definitely stay there again.

I come to the area from Phoenix a lot, and this cute, cozy motel is always comfortable and nice. It’s become my go-to over the other hotels. The manager is lovely and very accommodating. I highly recommend it and will stay here again each time I visit.

The manager fellow was awesome, and I’ll be back in the future. A hidden gem in Pinetop if you like quiet, nice, easy places to stay.
