The cabin was much bigger than we expected, and it was very clean and comfortable. In the mornings we walked through the neighborhood and enjoyed the quiet and fresh air. The on-site staff member, Ka Trina, explained the activities and policies and gave us great nearby restaurant suggestions. After four long, hot days in Tucson, this was a cool, private break on our drive back to Denver. I’d recommend it as a vacation spot or an alternative to a hotel.

We had a lovely time in the house, especially enjoying its layout. They kindly left board games and movies in the office. We spent the morning outdoors and played mini golf for hours. After staying in a few apartments along the way, this felt like an oasis.

We paid over $800 for three nights and found a filthy couch and squeaky floors. This place isn’t worth the money and is long overdue for renovation. Even after one, I think it would still be subpar. Management should have dealt with the problems before we checked in. For that price, you can get a spectacular chalet on Airbnb or Vrbo from an owner who takes pride in it.

We stayed in a cute two-bedroom cabin at PVC at The Roundhouse Resort in early December, and it was better than we expected. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. My wife and I came to visit Pinetop and wished we could have stayed longer. The resort is close to everything, and the location was perfect. There are great amenities for all ages.

We could only spend one night here on a road trip, so we didn’t get to use the amenities, which run on a limited winter schedule. Still, it looks like a wonderful place for a longer vacation. The cabins were comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped, and the staff were friendly, especially the woman at checkout.
