The room was clean and spacious, and Lillie at the front desk made check-in quick and easy. She gave us all the information we needed and was such a pleasure to talk with. That's outstanding customer service, 10/10. We come to the area for our son's soccer tournaments, and we'll stay here again because of her.

I never got to see what the rooms were like. While I was checking the fees to make sure I could afford them, the desk clerk hung up in the middle of my sentence. That was one of the rudest customer service encounters I've had, and I work in retail. The other reviews mention bed bugs, cockroaches, and money problems, so I'm glad I didn't find out firsthand how bad things could get. The staff were unpleasant from the start.

I found eight cockroaches in my room. The front desk said they were just waterbugs and wouldn't hurt me, then refused my refund even though I'd checked in only hours earlier. I was told I could lose my money or have someone vacuum the bugs up. After I went to the desk four or five more times, a room suddenly became available and I could switch. The family next door had several bugs in their room too. I'd book somewhere else.

Sam at the front desk and the rest of the staff are as accommodating as can be. The common areas and rooms are kept clean, and they serve a great breakfast every day.
