The rooms were okay, functional but worn, and short on dishes. For the area, the price wasn't bad. The night desk worker was kind and helpful, answered our questions, and even gave my daughter free chips when she was having a tantrum. The chips were marked up a lot because the hotel uses a third party. During the day, though, the woman with shoulder length dark hair was extremely rude and had no people skills. I travel often and asked her to sign a refund receipt for my records. I'd accidentally ordered a charger to the hotel because its address had auto-filled; she seemed hesitant and nearly unwilling to retrieve it or have someone else get it from the room so I could pick it up. She said, “We don’t do that.” I didn't find her accommodating.

The location works well for South Park, Ballentyne, and Pineville, with easy access to public transportation. The price was good, and the rooms were exceptionally clean compared with similar places. It felt safe and tucked away from busy highways and their noise.
