We hadn’t known much about the area before we arrived, and I only found this campground by chance. I’m glad I did. It was quiet and beautiful, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and our kids had a blast on the playground. When an RV repair came up unexpectedly, they graciously extended our stay. There’s convenient access to some great hiking and biking too. We’ll absolutely be back.

We spent an amazing three days here. The campground was terrific, and the staff were great. It’s close to town without being too close, right at the entrance to Gila National Forest. We watched the sun set over the mountains every evening.

We only stayed one night after our original campground fell through. I was traveling across the country in a NuCamp T@g teardrop, and this was my first KOA. It had everything I dislike about RV parks: crowded sites without privacy, lots of things I neither need nor want, and high prices. We didn’t even set up, just unhooked and went to sleep. The place was clean, with nice bathrooms, laundry, and game rooms, but I see those as the bare minimum. The staff were friendly and helpful. Still, I moved the next morning to a much nicer place for $20 less per night, with trees and privacy screens around our site. Big RVers may like parking right next to each other, but with our trailer holding only a bed, we have to live outdoors and our kitchen is outside. We’ve stayed at many much nicer campgrounds and RV resorts for less money all over the Southern US.

We’ve brought our large motorhome here a few times. The sites are level and well maintained, and the campground is clean, quiet, and very nice. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The sites and bathroom were very clean, and I had a great experience. The staff at this KOA were awesome and helped me get what I needed, including a brick so I could charge my electronics at an electric site. Thank you, I’d stay here again.
