SeaVenture Beach Hotel

Thomas made dinner at the upstairs restaurant a real treat. He was friendly, professional, patient, and helpful, and we loved both the food and atmosphere. At the hotel, check-in staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Our anniversary and birthday trip was perfect, with a private hot tub, a great view, a fireplace, a very clean room, and an extremely comfortable bed. Thank you!

We’re never staying here again, and I can’t recommend it. On the morning we left, my wife stripped the bed for housekeeping and found urine stains all over the bed cover, like it hadn’t been cleaned. Disgusting. I brought it to the front desk and they did nothing and offered nothing. The mattress was rock hard and lumpy, worse than ones I’ve had at Motel 6, and the sheets felt like a tarp. The TV didn’t work either. It was a smart TV without apps for us to log into, and there was no channel guide, so we couldn’t tell what was on.

We came from out of state because a family member was in the hospital and needed somewhere close by. We can’t thank Eddy & Stephanie at the front desk enough for the best hotel customer service we’ve ever had. The room fireplace was lovely, and room service was a special treat. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, and we loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the view. The restaurant and bar were delicious, with wonderful service and management, and a great spot to watch the beach sunsets. Stephanie in the bar was pure sunshine, and I really enjoyed our conversations. We’ll definitely be back!

The food at the restaurant was fantastic, and the bar drinks were strong and great. Back in the room, the hot tub was relaxing, the bed was comfortable, and the space felt cozy. The fireplace warmed it up quickly. We’ll definitely return for a longer stay soon.
