Comfort Suites Pittsburgh Airport

We had a great experience here, and I’d happily stay again. The room was clean, breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the lemon water in the lobby, a simple but nice touch. We’d first tried to book the DoubleTree Hilton, but their website gave us trouble and nobody returned our message. I’m glad we ended up here instead. It was $136 less for the night, and the Comfort Inn & Suites was surprisingly nice. Highly recommend!

Update, 01/25/2026: I’m back this weekend because of the snowstorm, and I’m angry about how the front desk woman parked her van, blocking the sidewalk. I nearly twisted my ankle trying to get through the flower bed. There still wasn’t a snow plow by 7:10 pm. Then I saw her parked in a handicap spot without a placard. The way she parked felt disrespectful. On my first stay, I was on the third floor and it seemed like I was the only one up there. It was so quiet; I heard the TV in one or two rooms as I passed. The second floor seemed to have all the kids running around.

We had a great stay, and the kids loved the pool. The location worked well, with easy on and off from 376 and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, there were no issues, and the staff were great. Breakfast was so-so, though we got there with only 20 minutes to spare. There’s a desk sign saying housekeeping will clean on request to save money and for environmental reasons. I’ll keep this location on the list for our next visit. It seems to me some bad reviews expect high-end hotel service without wanting to pay for it. This hotel was great.

Breakfast was really nice, with waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, and more. My room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back!
