The location is the only good thing about this place. We rented three rooms and couldn't get into them. The 24/7 “emergency” service didn't exist, so we had to scramble and book somewhere else at the last minute to have a dependable place to sleep. The full-size bed and nonexistent sofa bed weren't as described. We spent hours trying to get into the apartments, then booked local hotels and paid there too. Now we're trying to get our money back from global luxury suites, but it seems impossible even though they didn't provide the service as described. Don't be swayed by the beautiful pictures. This was a nightmare and not worth the hassle. The Renaissance is in a wonderful location and worth a couple of extra bucks.

The apartment was super nice and modern, and the lobby had the largest wall TVs I've ever seen. I'd definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave it four stars is that the elevator broke down while we were on the 12th floor.
