The toilet, sink, and tub in my room wouldn't drain, and the cable was out the whole time. Still, I stayed for a month and gave the place four stars because if you're living as you do, it's a good spot. Mr. J also let me pay rent late as long as I paid.

It's after 3 a.m., I had a family emergency, and my kids are stuck in a vehicle with no AC while I wait for someone working this shift. I've called her three times, and she said yes, I could get a room, but she still hasn't come to the lobby. This is the most horrible service. These people are rude. I'll be calling the manager about this. Also, one of their employees hit my dad's car a while back, and I did them a solid by not reporting it to either insurance company.

The desk clerk was rude and didn't wear a mask while talking to me. After I paid, she watched me go upstairs, then called to say guests weren't allowed in my room unless I paid another $25. I asked for a refund instead, but she refused.

My kids and I lived here for several months when we were facing severe homelessness, and it became home. The rooms were really nice, the staff were amazing, and there's a corner store just up the street within walking distance. Best hotel ever.
