The halls had a slight cigarette smell, but my room was fine. The fridge and microwave were clean and worked, and there were plenty of towels and amenities. Check-in was easy, and for the price it’s a good-value hotel. It’s also easy to walk to lots of food and shopping nearby.

I’ve been coming to this location for 25 years, and it keeps improving. The owners seem to care about making guests’ stays go well. When I had a small problem, they were helpful and positive. I feel comfortable recommending this motel.

The breakfast was the only good part of our stay at quality inn. The rooms smelled bad, there were mosquitoes, and we also had trouble with the bathroom sink. I won’t come back.

When my child and I got settled, we noticed bite marks that strongly suggested bed bugs. The room had been dirty when we arrived, with trash and unclean bedding, so this was a serious health concern and completely unacceptable. I reported it right away, but was told to email because the manager was out of town for a family emergency. More than a month later, there’s still no resolution. Communication has been poor, and I’ve had to follow up several times. Cleanliness and customer service were extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would!

We stayed four nights and would definitely return. The rooms and service were excellent, and it’s a great spot for shopping and dining. Being dog friendly was a big plus.
