BraNesha made a big difference after our late night trip. She called to see how far away we were, and when I said we were on the way, she went to our room and switched on the heat so it would be warm when my friend and I got there. She was kind and attentive, made sure we had what we needed, and made us feel welcome. Please recognize her, she’s a real asset to the team.

Ms. Ashley was patient with my questions and concerns when she checked me in, and she explained things clearly. The staff made everything easy, and the general manager was kind too. The place was clean and pleasant, with cozy rooms, soft beds, and pillows like clouds. Breakfast was great. This is the best place I’ve stayed so far, and I’d recommend it if you need a hotel.

The breakfast was cold, so I couldn't eat it. There was standing water by the exit gate, and I couldn't get from my room to the lobby without going outside the fence and coming back in through the front door. The TV only had four channels, and I mentioned the cable issue.

I booked and paid for a smoking room ahead of time, but at check-in the front desk woman made it clear smoking wasn't allowed in the room, especially marijuana. Since it's a legal state, that felt ridiculous, and I won't stay here again or recommend it. The listing also said there was a fitness center, but there isn't one. I don't usually bother leaving reviews, but this stay was unpleasant.

The room was great and the location was nice. Brianna was pleasant and accommodating, and walked us through everything we needed to know for check-in. I'd definitely stay again when I'm passing through to visit.
